What we check every fall, before the heating runs all winter.

What we check

A system checked before the cold rarely breaks down in January. The visit takes about two hours, and we leave you the list of what was checked.

The heat pump: Filters, outdoor coil, defrost, condensate drain.
Hot-water heating: System pressure, radiator bleeding, circulator, expansion tank.
The water heater: Relief valve, anode, signs of leaks, tank age.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, or someone who can open the basement and the mechanical room for us.

What if a worn part turns up?

We show it to you, with the firm price to replace it. Nothing is changed without your OK.
